This Industry Decarbonization Evaluation and Learning (E&L) Toolkit is designed to guide and inform the use of evaluation and learning approaches throughout the lifecycle of the Industry Decarbonization Program, and associated projects, with the aim of enhancing their transformational intent and impact. CIF has identified key moments throughout the Industry Decarbonization program lifecycle where evaluative work can generate robust evidence to inform learning and action that can increase the program’s potential, and actual results.
