This NPC Evaluation and Learning (E&L) Toolkit is designed to guide and inform the use of evaluation and learning approaches throughout the lifecycle of the NPC program, and associated projects, with the aim of enhancing their transformational intent and impact. CIF has identified key moments throughout the NPC program lifecycle where evaluative work can generate robust evidence to inform learning and action that can increase the program’s potential, and actual results.
