In the fourth of the series, the Transformational Change Learning Partnership (TCLP) Working Session focused on “Building and Sustaining a Community of Practice.”
The discussion looked back at how and why the TCLP began at the Climate Investment Funds (CIF), its approach to building a community of practice (CoP), and worked through ideas to continue to grow this community aimed at driving transformational change in climate action.
CIF’s Evaluation Specialist, Alfredo Villavicencio, introduced the key aspects of the TCLP community of practice and lead the discussion. This virtual working session forms part of a new series of informal 60-minute workshops to collaborate on evidence, knowledge, and analysis that can drive transformational change in climate action and grow the TCLP’s community of practice. 1. What aspects of your involvement with the TCLP have been most useful for your work? 2. What is the value proposition of participating in the COP (for you/others)? 3. What do you wish there was more of in this community of practice? 4. Are the three current TCLP workstreams encompassing enough with the work that you do?
